For best results:
• Stir well before use.
• Do not add more than 5% water for thinning.
• On plaster. Prime with 1 coat NEO Acrylic Wall Primer. Fill holes with NEO Repair Paste and 1 coat NEO Bonding Liquid. Ensure new plaster is dry and solid. DO NOT apply on fresh plaster before 6 months in coastal regions due to humidity.
• On wood & chipboard. Prime with NEO Pink Primer plus 1 coat NEO Universal Undercoat.
• On metal. Degrease new galvanised metal with NEO Metal Conditioner.
• Apply with a sheepskin roller.
