For best results:
• On primed mild steel. Repair with NEO Corrotec. Prime with NEO Universal Undercoat.
• On plaster. Prime with 1 coat NEO Wall Primer. Fill holes with NEO Repair Paste + 1 coat NEO Bonding Liquid. Ensure new plaster is dry and solid. DO NOT apply on fresh plaster before 6 months in coastal regions due to humidity.
• On interior wood/fibreboard. Prime with NEO Universal Undercoat.
• On existing PVA/eggshell surfaces. Apply direct on dustfree surface.
• On high gloss surfaces. Sand surface until matt. Remove dust before applying paint.
