COST MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT
Purpose of the job:
The cost accountant is responsible for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing, margin analysis and allocating costs to underlying processes. Key responsibilities will include assisting senior managers with financial decision making, preparing financial reports, and developing and implementing strategies to reduce operational and production costs.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Purpose of the job:
To ensure that all plant, equipment and other assets required for production, operations and sales support are operating efficiently at all times. To execute planned preventative maintenance and provide maintenance support on all property, infrastructure and plant.
Work closely with other departments to support production goals and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Purpose of the job:
This role requires close collaboration with procurement, finance, and operations teams to control inventory costs, monitor stock levels, and support decision-making on purchasing strategies. This role also involves monitoring cost structures, implementing cost-saving initiatives and conducting variance analysis. The controller must also coordinate with procurement, production and finished goods warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure accurate stock management, prevent overstocking or stockouts, and optimize inventory processes.
